All the company will face the same problem which is complaint by the customers. These complaints will make the company to become more prefects and increase the quality of the company. Customers face some of the problems in Air Asia Berhad. They hope that the problems that they faced can be solved by the company. There are some suggestions for Air Asia Berhad to improve the quality of the company. First of all, Air Asia Berhad should improve the customer services of the company. Customers may make a call to check about the details of the flight and they realize that it takes a long time to connect to the department that is interrelated. It may waste the time of the customers and customers feel annoying with this problem. Online check in is very convenient but document check in is very inconvenient because lacks of the information on the screen. Customers have to change counter to proceed their documents and wait at the gate for a long time. The arrangement of the terminal is not so good. A large number of people are standing in front of the gate will be bother by some of them who are having a luggage with them. This problem should be set up in a proper way. Other than that, the flights are not on time. Punctuality is very important in an airport. Sometimes, the flights are delayed or cancelled without any announcement. It may influence the plan of the customers and waste time. Air Asia Berhad should set up the schedule efficiency and make announcement to all the customers when the flight would be delayed or cancelled. It can help to reduce troublesome of all the customers. The payment for the flight should be shown clearly to the customers. Customers realize that they have to pay for other extra fees without announcement. They have to pay higher fees to upgrade the weight of the luggage. The extra fees should be stated clearly for all the customers. It can
