Executive Summary
In the restaurant business there are between five and seven different BBQ franchise restaurants available depending on the state you want to operate in. Ralph’s needs to have a solid foundation and a firm strategic plan to remain competitive against the other franchise options available so when someone wants to open a new franchise there is no question they would go with Ralph’s Rockin’ Ribs.
