According to Silverman, some companies like the Bank of America, are setting up sensors and other “tracking devices” to monitor the movements and voices of their call centre employees. Such actions have ethical implications as to the privacy concerns of employees and impingements to their lives.

b. Identify the primary stakeholders and their role in the ethical issues, and fill out the table below.
