The imporatance of the research Currently, one of the problems of all compnaies in Vietnam is how to retain staff, especially after Vietnam joined the WTO, the domestic enterprises have needs for business expansion and they have high need for human resources with high quality, they must know how to retain employees who have the capacity to avoid brain drain, this is a matter of business survival. So the question is that businesses need to identify, consider and appreciate the factors that affect the loyalty of employees, based on which a business will have the appropriate direction in human resource management in order to have these positive moves to retain talent for the enterprise to avoid brain drain phenomenon in the future. 3. Objects and scope of the research. Study object: Object of this research is the loyalty of employees including: - The entire staff to leaders working at the BIC office - A number of employees who retired at the BIC and working at other companies.
