11-11 Develop a “Statement of Marketing Objectives” for your company. Justify those marketing objectives by explaining how they contribute to the overall business mission of the company. The objectives for my mission concerning my company is to form values and time utility to my customers' by providing benefits to families for insurance coverage, and in the medical billing & coding industry it is to develop quick and accurate payment processing of claims. The goal is to provide both customer goods that will be tangible for my customers’ concerning their life and health. The political-legal environment is the regulation and laws that are governed by the state. It has social value that will free and promote new products for a client who thinks …show more content…
Who are your customers? Describe the characteristics of customers in your target market(s). The target market is the working people who work full time. In the life insurance aspect concerning my company I would need to do the following things by focusing on target market: (1) Call the right people to become knowledgeable about doing business with a list of about 750 names in the target market. (2) Sell what my customers market tends to buy. My target market will be several different people from single, married, retired and so on. For example, retired people over the age of 60, with net assets (after real estate) of 100,000 and up, may typically buy permanent life insurance with long-term care riders, single-premium life, and annuities. (3) Having the right attitude is the most important aspect of my business because of the service that I will provide to the customers. (4) Saying the right things to customers whenever a death claim is being processed or whenever a billing payment is not submitted properly. (5) I have to know the right questions to ask the customer to insure that no question raises suspicion.(7) Making sure that record are kept in order sequence and moving on to the next face of the processing of the information into the system. (8) make sure to track the call log to keep track of the possible customer whom I need to follow up
