The aging population is a universal phenomenon where different countries of the world are experiencing boost up in the normal age of its people regarding with an overall growing percentage of seniors in the population of the world. There are certain pros and cons of this phenomenon. Aging population leads to rising group of volunteers in the financial system. This has been recognized as a worldwide benefit where the aged add complimentary struggle to society and government ventures after leaving. These aged people are additionally contented economically and locate contentment in giving back to their societies and countries. Though, the statistics are less in developing areas of the world where several older people are still contending with young people for justifiable rewarded jobs due to unsatisfactory pension to cover up the expenses. There are some elders who cannot leave or they possibility dying of lack of food because of no other source of income.
Additionally, an aged people also boost up the struggle for employments, particularly if the age of their retirement is comprehensive. In this way, the labor supply increases and youth get it more difficult to be employed because seniors have a longer time to retire from their job. Therefore, it causes certain flaws in the system because it will not adopt innovative tools and techniques to compete the rivals.
In my opinion, it is complicated to accurately identify whether the pros and cons for an aging population will happen alongside with their scope and extent (Healy J. 2012). For example, it is no way to find out the level or extent as to which medical expenses will rise up and after that to aspect in relation to the development, corresponding with the enhancement, makes it further tricky. It will also lead to uncertainty for future economic growth and no innovations in the existing systems.

How 2 Write Essays

...How to write an essay 1. An essay is about a text and should not include a summary of the text. 2. An essay consists of an introduction, an exposition(see below) and a conclusion. 3. The introduction is either * A statement which catches the reader’s attention and elegantly states the main point in your essay. * Or : a ‘funnel’ (tragt) introduction in which the reader is guided towards the main theme of your essay. * Or : A really striking quotation from the text with your comment, which also points to the main theme of the essay. 4. The exposition is the part where you write about 3 to 5 points (‘pinde’) in which you interpret the text. A point could be a characterization of the main character and his/her relationship to the other characters, the themes of the text, the ending, the title, point of view, the language, the setting or other issues. 5. The conclusion rounds off the essay. You may relate it to the introduction, but it is not a rule. 6. In your essay you should bring two to four quotations from the text and state which page and line they are from. (It may be done in a footnote or in the text). Your quotations must be integrated into the text. 7. In your exposition you should strive to write elegant transitions (overgange) from one point to the other. 8. You are allowed to express your own opinion in an essay. However, you should not write ‘I’ more than a couple of times. Use instead a passive: ‘Other opinions have been...

Essay #2: Is Gender Bias Noticeable in Literature?

...Date: 06/17/2016 Essay #2: Is Gender Bias Noticeable in Literature? In this essay I would be investigating if there are any gender biases in the short stories and the movie Gone Girl. By definition gender bias is, “Inclination towards or prejudice against one gender” (Collins). Although gender bias is mostly thought of being against women there has been a subtler bias against men most recently in movies. Therefore, in this essay I would be considering gender biases of both men and women. In the short story “The Short Happy life of Francis Macomber” the author Ernest Hemmingway treats both genders equally. Both Wilson and Mrs. Macomber are portrayed as opportunists. He has no compunction in accepting the silly advances of Macomber’s wife. She marries Macomber for his money and social position. They both have a cruel streak. He (illegally) beats his helpers, knowing that they would rather take the beating than lose money (fines). She is cruel to her husband, openly despising his weaknesses, and deliberately flaunting her infidelities. In contrast, “I Want a Wife” the author Judy Brady has gender bias. The woman portrayed in the composition is resentful of the quality of life experienced by women in general, who, as wives, have to cater to their husband’s every need and whim. Husbands are portrayed as lazy, selfish and inconsiderate, not even pulling their weight as fathers of their children. Moreover, in the short story “Shiloh” the author Bobby Ann Mason has gender bias...

Why do you think that this kind of thing happens? How many people do you know that have went to college and can honestly say that they are still working in general to graduate? Personally, there are not many people that I know who have graduated from a college which is why we see most people going back to school after so many years. There can be many reasons why a person does not finish school the first time around. May it be because of money issues, their interest were elsewhere at the time, a change in career directed their focus elsewhere, but whatever that may be it happens more than we would like to think. I just so happen to fall into this category of people going back to school after I had been once before but never finished. Throughout this essay I will inform readers on why I am returning back to school, my purpose behind it all, obstacles that have gotten in my way because I am returning and my ambitions that drove me to even consider going back to school. There are many reasons that I am going back to school. One main reason that I am going back...
