Project Title : Implementation of Firewall in WAN.
Team Size : 4
Aim of the project: * Internet is a network of networks. It carries a vast array of information resources and services. * The routers are connecting the WAN interfaces through the serial ports for data transmission and forwarding the packets using routing tables. The routers mainly route the data traffic between networks without any filtration. * The job of traffic filtering is best performed by access control lists (Firewall), it filter the traffic by restricting the packets are to be forward or to be blocked at the router‘s interfaces. * It provides security to the users to some of the services on the routers from the outside networks.
