Our strategy to out-compete our closest competitors was to monitor and speculate other companies’ growth, pricing, and market share annually. We tried to analyze the differences other companies made annually and tried to put values on them. We decided to set the prices higher while other companies had their prices lower than us. In North America, we decided to keep the prices for AC cameras at $350 from year six to year nine to ensure we were not overpricing our products. Similar to UAV drones, we decided to lower the price from $1700 in year six to $1300 in year seven due to originally overpricing this product.
