To achieve any goal or personal plan you must be willing to overcome obstacles and have a great time management. Having the ability to overcome obstacles and having a great time management will allow you to be successful in your journey at University of Phoenix. Knowing some of the things that can come in your way and not allow you to achieve your personal plan will help you to plan ahead so you can avoid these encounters. Overcoming barriers are the main frustration that most people deal with on a day to day basis. In overcoming obstacles, there are distractions and procrastination that many people feel are hard to deal with at times. Those two obstacles, distractions and procrastination, are quite similar in a way.

You may become so overwhelmed with day to day activities that they become a distraction and often time lead to procrastination. You then start to make excuses of all the reason you cannot continue with your personal plan or goal. Time management is another issue people deal with. Not being able to manage your time wisely will make your goals and personal plan seem so distant that you no longer want to obtain it. To manage your time better make a plan of all the things that need to be done on a set day and time and stick with it. Sticking to your program will help you become more organized when it comes to planning out your goals and your personal plan. I am able to incorporate these obstacles in my career goals and that will help me to keep focused on my degree.
