Including measurable targets is crucial to the success of our business. As a group, we feel as though we should be able to make a five percent increase in profit by the end of round one. We will also focus on research and development to make sure we are producing the highest quality product. To achieve this mission, we have to work as a team. We want to have great products at a great price. If customers see a good deal, they might want our product.
External Analysis
Due to the fact that we are trying to sell a cheaper product to our customers, we have created a rivalry within the laser industry. We have to be able to differentiate ourselves from the best to convince our consumers that we have the best product for them. Consumers might be swayed from our product to a similar product produced by a different company. To become a powerful supplier, our customers need to be convinced that they are getting the best deal possible. Price should be reasonable but still competitive.
