Why We Selected This Case
We chose the “Case Study: Improving Customer Satisfaction, Quality, and Performance Using Performance-Centered Solutions at ADDS Communications” because we felt like we were able to relate with the current situation that the ADDS Communications Company was dealing with at the time. After briefly reviewing the other case options, we felt that we have been on both sides of the fence. Not only have we experienced dissatisfaction with an organization was supposed to provide a service, but we have also been a part of an organization that had customers dissatisfied with our organizations services.
Being a part of an organization that realizes customer satisfaction, quality, and performance needs improvements is a humbling experience. It requires everyone involved to look within him or herself and analyze how they can help improve their own work performance. We chose this case study because we believe there is always room for professional improvement, and as HR Professionals customer …show more content…
This type of poor work performance is detrimental in such a competitive workforce. The competition is very steep, and other organizations that provide the same services target your downfalls, to be their strong points. In order to improve the barriers the company was experiencing, they hired a performance consulting team, Aurora Seguinot Cruz and Dwayne Dunn to conduct a performance analysis of everything acknowledged and provide solutions on a way ahead.
