Yes Or No Every person has an opinion on a very difficult topic that has been investigated for a while. Serial has been going over Adnan being guilty or innocent of killing his ex girlfriend Hae. Every episode has been lead to him being guilty or the state making the wrong claims. Sarah Koenig has broken down the case and gone over different aspects on why he could be innocent and why he could be guilty. Adnan despite the discrepancies is guilty of murdering Hae. Here is some counter arguments to some of the evidence against Adnan being guilty. For instance most of the evidence can be used either way. Like the phone records, they are credible and they mark out the route that Jae says, but then again Jae could have had Adnan’s phone. Jae told police he helped Adnan dump the body. All Sarah Koenigs podcast does is restate the fact that are already known to everyone involved in the case. Nothing more Sarah even states in her podcast about it not discovering any new information. “I went to go see Rabia. She was surrounded by paper-- files, loose stacks, binders, some crappy looking boxes-- all court documents and attorney's files from Adnan's case. Some of the papers were warped and discolored.”(Koenig, “The Alibi”) Think about this it, the case was put up for trial twice and both times they found him guilty. The jury had to be switched out so there was no biased opinion of the topic. What makes the evidence any different now other than a podcast that rearranges evidence on the subject, and reviews the trial, and the case degrades as time goes on. By the end of the podcast after reviewing the little bit of cold case evidence serial uses it makes a person think he is innocent. When looking straight at the evidence it is against him and can not really prove him
