Adnan Syed was convicted for girling his ex-girlfriend, Hae, in Baltimore approximately sixteen years ago. Adnan has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt due to the credibility of Jay’s testimony, suspicious behaviour, physical evidence and witnesses. The state began by explaining how Adnan had to put ‘everything on the line for his relationship with Hae.’ His family, his relationships at the mosque, and his religion are all examples of parts of his life that he must sacrifice for Hae. Over time, this slowly built up resentment towards Hae in the form of possession. Therefore, when Hae finally left him, he was left with nothing but outrage fueling his desire to kill her. In fact, Hae reveals, through her diary, that she felt guilty for being a sacrifice to his religion. Apparently, Adnan would sometimes jokingly say ‘I’m going to hell because of you’ or ‘You’re the devil.’ In addition, when Adnan was senior king for his homecoming dance; his family found him and directly …show more content…
As an illustration, Adnan lied when questioned two times by the police about whether or not he had asked Hae for a ride during the day of the alleged murder. At first, he confirms that he did in fact ask Hae for a ride that day. However, in the next questioning he decides to change his story and decline that he ever asked Hae for a ride at all that day. Nonetheless, Krista and Becky both testify that they remember seeing Adnan ask Hae for a ride that day. In addition, many people believed that Adnan attempted to fake a catatonic state when Hae’s body was found. Adnan had told the nurse that Hae, “had wanted to get back together with him, that she still loved him, but that he didn’t want to get back into the relationship in that manner — that they would always be friends.” As one can see, this quote is disturbing in because it may represent the surge of regret that he experienced as Hae’s body was

Adnan Syed's Argumentative Analysis

...say that Adnan Syed was treated unfairly on his first trial and deserves a second chance. After analyzing all of the evidence brought to light by Koenig, it seems that Serial shifted from a narrative perspective to an argumentative perspective. Koenig struck listeners with evidence from both sides of the story while continuing to keep the reader guessing. She also likes to shift her view point when Adnan looks guilty, or when he looks innocent. Depending on how the investigation is going, Koenig always seems to find questions and holes in the story that just don’t add up, leading to the conclusion that Adnan deserves a new trial. To start off, Koenig definitely argued many different factors which lead the audience to develop...

Bank

...DBBL Executive Summary Service quality is a good measure for knowing about the performance of a bank.. Nowadays Banking companies are in a competitive market. They are choosing the differentiation strategy to be a market leader because cost leadership is not a good tool for competition due to oligopolistic market. By analyzing bank information system, this paper investigates the service quality perceptions of bank account holders. This paper also examine the relationship between relative importance allocated by respondents to each of the five SERVQUAL dimensions as measured by the points allocated to that dimensions the ratings provided for the individual items of the dimension.  In the SERVQUAL questionnaire there are 22 questions from five different dimensions. These are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. These questions measure the gap between employees’ expectations and perceptions .After conducting the survey I have found some values. I have made an analysis with these values. I have calculated the weighted average scores of these values from the perspective of these branches. Then it has been seen that the gap between the employees’ expectations and perceptions about the services is lower for the customers. In my report I got reliability, responsibility and assurance is very much valuable to customers compare to others. Labor Unrest in the Rmg Sector

...Labor unrest in the RMG sector–reasons and remedies October 7, 2010 The prevailing worsening situation in readymade garment (RMG) sector is not good for country’s feeble economy. RMG sector accounts for 76% of our total annual foreign exchange earnings. Once, Jute was the only foreign exchange earning item. But the golden age of Jute is now over. At present, the RMG is our only dependable export item. The textile sector has emerged as a backward sector to this RMG sector. Spinning, weaving, Knitting; dying, finishing etc have emerged as a backward linkage industry. These areas of the of the textile sector are contributing to the economy of the country. So, if the RMG sector suffers any crisis, the repercussion will be felt everywhere in the rickety economy. Now, there are 350 spinning mills operating in the country, which is catering to the demand of the RMG sector and thus saving huge amount of foreign exchange. At present, the capacity of the spinning mills is 1.6 billion meters. There are 180 dying-finishing mills in the country with a capacity of 120 million meters per year. The production capacity of the knitting mills is 41 billion meters. What is important here is that they are capable of meeting local demand. The total workforce engaged in this sector is about 2.5 million, of which 60 percent is women. The total production is being exported to foreign countries. The reasons and the remedies of the present crisis: All of a sudden, labor unrest has increased in our country...
