The trendy hype of a flying robot that is able to serve for many purposes is becoming more widely used in our day more than ever. Photography is the top industry that puts drones to use. As with everything in our society we can often ask ourselves “Is this ethical or not?” It is imperative to understand that to be ethical is to have a moral code in which can be basis to one’s personal code personal code of ethics. If a drone flies in a public place and the operator is also in a public place, the law allows the drone operator to photograph people and places without concern. The general public may be concerned about someone peering into a residential area but they can not stop the photographer for trespassing unless the operator is standing in their property.
