Narrative Essay About Boston Bombing

...Monday. Most of the people running for charities finished around this time. This was the time the average, every day, working class person who decided to run the marathon finished. Allison and Katie could relate to these people. They were just normal people, who happened to be able to run 26.2 miles. BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Help Me!!!!!!! It was 2:49 pm, and a bomb had just gone off on Boylston Street. Screams of terror and fear suddenly erupted out of the once excited and happy crowd. Panic could be seen on all the faces in the crowd. Allison was a little dazed; she was having a hard time hearing. Where is Katie she thought to herself? She was having trouble seeing. Everything was so bright to her. BOOM!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!! More screams filled the crowd. Another bomb had just gone off. Katie was also dazed. She held her hands over her face. She couldn’t stand to see people crying. She wanted to find Allison. After a few moments of panicking she looked to her left and saw Allison. She could tell, Allison was a little out of it, and having trouble seeing. She ran to her and grabbed her. The two of them agreed they had to get out of there. The two of them ran following the crowd. They didn’t know where they were going, but they figured following the crowd was the best thing they could do. As they progressed further and further away from Boylston Street and closer to their car the only thing the two of them could think about was going home. As the two...

Untitled

...Where now? Who now? When now? In front of me was a vast of blankness. I took a deep breath. It was as if I was in a magical, nonrealistic world. I took one tiny step. Paused. Then I sensed my surroundings. There was no one following every movement I make. I twirled around. My surrounding was empty. I let out a small yelp. Then I screamed, "AHHHHHHHH!" All I heard was my echo. I took another deep breath. Then I thought to myself, so this is what it is like to be alive. For twenty years, I was contained in a house that lacked every form of love and affection vital for the growth of a child. Since my parents were one of the richest and fastest growing money makers in the world, our home was a five acre mansion with twenty rooms, fifteen bathrooms, ten gardens, and five swimming pools. Yet all this was for me, and only me. My parents are frequently away due to work, and as a result, I was left alone in this enormous house for the most of my past twenty years. Due to their extreme wealth, my parents have developed a paranoia for everything. Our so called house is contained with high electrically charged walls, protected with over twenty advanced security systems, and the absurdity just goes on. From the moment I was born, I was protected like the most fragile and valuable being in the world. Not because they loved me with all their hearts, but because they were afraid of me getting kidnapped. As a result, I have lived twenty years without any exposure to the vast world out that where...

Hundred in One

I'm just the girl next door. Well, hindi naman yung literal na meaning. Typical girl kumbaga. Yung mamemeet mo sa pangarawaraw. In short, average lang. Sometimes above or below. 4th year high school na nga pala ako. Bagong school. I have two brothers.

25th Hour

...**1*** The End. Fairytales. Yeah right! As if it's true. My mom told me I used to like reading those kind of books. But right now... wala siya sa interest ko. Ooh.. ok. I remember. Let's start my story with that phrase too. Once upon a time, in a kingdom far far away, there lived a princess who cleaned her closet. Ooopps... corny. Wala kaming kingdom, at hindi rin whatever once upon a time. It's modern day. And fairytales, don't come true in real life. Right now, the closet part was true. I'm cleaning my closet and my drawers. Crap. Crap. How about itong stuff toy na... Fine.. fine!! Mostly, crap for me... not for others. "Hey Dad, I need a ride...
