The movie starts with Robert (Jericho Rosales) runs with a stab on the neck. I actually felt weird because this was a unique style of starting a movie not the usual one. Then this start by a follow up scene of him in a bus in other country looking somewhere. This was repeated until the picture of his son was shot in a photo studio. The story goes on in a cycle, house-work-school. Jericho exhibit a good acting as a Father in this movie. You know, the not so loving father. Argues with his son, turns off the TV when his son is watching, forces him to eat and many more. But this was only to discipline his son. One night, on the dining table which was shared by only two of them, Robert argues with Brian(Bugoy Carino). Then Brian suddenly reach his hand to Robert in a handshake position. Then they created a buddy handshake or whatever you call it. This made Robert teary eyed. Then Brian asked, if his mama didn't give birth, is she still alive?.
