One of the most important thing now a days is “Time”, that’s why there’s a phrase “Time is Gold” that where always we say and sometimes we made it as our own motto. Time is given a great attention because when you lose even a second of your time, you cannot be restored what you lose or what you waste. So there are people who excessive appreciation in time, so they invented the time attendance.
Now a days, the technology is ahead off all things because they can make all the things easier and faster. When people invented the time attendance, they usually wrote it in a notebook, ledger or anything that can be recorded. Since people understand how technology help us, they improve the time attendance and they make a system that can make an attendance to attendance without a hustle.
Time attendance systems are used by the companies, establishment, and departments and even in schools they used it. Some companies have a requirement to record the number of hours spent on specific tasks in order to cost a jobs accurately. In schools, the teachers needed to record all the students if they we’re late, absent or present to show to the parents if their child go to school. In our time attendance system is made for the Associates in Computer Technology’s students to record always their attendance. Sometimes other teachers didn’t recorded the class attendance due to in one class it extends the number of students to 60-70 students. If a teacher will make an attendance in a class with 60-70 students, it will cost a time to 10-15minutes and in one subject there’s only one hour, instead that 10-15minutes used for the lecture time, it was used for making an attendance. That’s why we make an attendance system that only for the ACT’s students, from 1st year students up to the 2nd year students.
