Music

...Three artist who stood out to me and why The first artist who stood out to me that I really enjoyed seeing and listening to was Louie Armstrong. I've already heard the song what a wonderful world but never saw or heard Louie perform himself. I was also very entertained with his acting career. I was unaware that African Americans/blacks were even allowed to interact with whites on the the big screen in Hollywood and be respected. What I’m most passionate about Louie Armstrong is that he opened my mind into jazz, which I had no idea could be so good. What a wonderful world, Hello Dolly and West End Blues. The second artist who i enjoyed listening to was Elvis Presley. I am was one of the few people who actually heard Elvis sing and perform and I’m ashamed to admit that, but I was more than happy to do research and found out what really made him the king. Every song was good but Jail house Rock was the best. What I also liked about Elvis was that he was one of the few artist that could actually act and had a decent movie career and really raised the bar for musician/actors today. Elvis was the best of all time to me and I was happy to that I did my research on him. Last and not least is Sammy Davis Jr he was phenomenal musician and actor. I liked his music a lot but enjoyed his acting a little more. I never really seen the Sammy Davis Jr Show but I did like his guest appearances on “All in the Family” and the “Dean Martin Show”. I liked how he always made people laugh...

Love Is Never Felt so Good

..."Love Never Felt So Good" is a song performed by American recording artist Michael Jackson, released posthumously on May 2, 2014. Two reworked versions of the 1983 demo track originally composed by Jackson and Canadian singer-songwriter Paul Anka form the first single released from Jackson's second posthumous album, Xscape. The first version is a solo produced by American record producer John McClain and Dutch record producer Giorgio Tuinfort. The second version is a duet featuring American recording artist Justin Timberlake, produced by American record producers Timbaland and Jerome "J-Roc" Harmon. It is the second collaboration between Jackson and Anka to be released since Jackson's 2009 death (the first being "This Is It"). The single charted on number 9 in the US and on number 8 in the UK. First worked on as a demo, Jackson co-produced the song during a 1983 recording session with Anka. The original version only featured Jackson's vocals, handclaps and a piano, played by Anka. In 1984, Anka sent the song to Johnny Mathis, who recorded a new version of the song with revised lyrics by Anka and Kathleen Wakefield.[3] Mathis' version made it on his 1984 album, A Special Part of Me. In 2006, Jackson's demo leaked online. During the 2013-2014 recording sessions for the Xscape album, the song was given a revision as a disco-sounding track. The first version, which only features Jackson, was produced by John McClain and Giorgio Tuinfort and was featured as the first track on the standard...

Nunes Vs Pennington Breakdown Case Study

...The Film Room: Nunes vs Pennington Breakdown Amanda Nunes will headline her fourth PPV event in a row this Saturday against arguably her toughest competition to date in Raquel Pennington. Nunes shocked the world at UFC 200 when she decimated Meisha Tate to win the bantamweight championship and has since been making her case as the greatest female mixed martial artist of all time. Pennington, on the other hand, is on the best run of her career with 4 wins in a row over the likes of Jessica Andrade and Meisha Tate. This Saturday she has a chance to dethrone the queen of bantamweight and make her own case as one of the greats in Woman’s MMA. On the Cusp of Greatness Amanda Nunes was relatively unknown before her win over Meisha Tate and many thought she didn’t deserve a chance at the belt, let alone headline the biggest UFC event to date. Instead of shying away from the moment, Nunes silenced the critics with her first-round finish of one of the pioneers of woman’s MMA. After winning the title fans and pundits started to take Nunes seriously and rightfully so. Nunes has quietly become one of the best strikers in the division and has the grappling to hold her own on the ground or quickly get back to her feet. https://gfycat.com/BitesizedPaleCuttlefish Nunes is known as a pressuring fighter, but what makes her style so interesting is her patience while being the aggressor. Sounds weird, right? Notice above how Nunes pressures Tate to the cage but never overextends or throws any...

Males were hypothesized to be more accepting of the homosexual with short hair; and females were hypothesized to be more accepting overall. Undergraduates (n=52, 35 females and 17 males) participated in this study by completing a questionnaire designed by the researcher to determine how likeable, respectable, and sociable the candidate was.
