After watching countless YouTube videos on how to use Microsoft Project, I was still having trouble with Microsoft Project 2013 in I-Lab and had to call the help desk twice. I finally got it working, but had to keep reverting to the YouTube videos for tips on how to perform certain tasks. I have learned a lot from those videos and consider myself an advanced beginner as in Patricia Benner's Theory of Competence. Course Outcome 1, 3, and 4 are demonstrated.

I had a meeting with my Unit Manager, Rose Valderrosa, regarding my Amiodarone Project. I laid out my plan in detail to Ms. Valderrosa and inform her that this is very critical especially for the patients who will be having open heart surgery in our unit. It was a very interesting meet and greet. I like the idea of the different tracks collaborating with each other. I also like the idea of the Second Life students meeting and getting to know each other the night before graduation. After the meet and greet session, the Informatics Track stayed behind to have our usually discussion. I explained my project to the group in its entirety from start to finish. In having the popup alert only the physician is an excellent idea; however, I feel that some will only ignore the alert even when the patient meets the criteria for the Amiodarone Protocol. As the patient's advocate, I feel that the nurse should be alerted as well. We then left Second Life to have a webinar session to review Zotero. After the webinar, I signed up with Zotero. I have not utilized it as yet, but will do so soon. Course Outcome 1, 3, and 4 was …show more content…
Hebda via email to inform her that the instructions she gave me did not work. However, I did submitted the paper. I continue to search the internet on how to accomplish attaching a project document into a Word document. I tried converting the project document into a PDF file and that did not work for me. It is very frustrating for me, but with perseverance I shall overcome. Since I do not have Microsoft Project on my computer, it was difficult to see whether or not the project was displayed correctly after I saved it to my computer from the I-Lab. I emailed Dr. Hebda that I will be available for a webinar session with her on how to accomplish this task on Saturday. Course Outcomes 1, 3, and 4 are
