In this summary, I will try to analyze the RNAO’s learning module on Delirium, Dementia, and Depression (DDD) through the lenses of CAREE Process outlined by O’Brien Lewis (2016) as one of the cornerstones in understanding of caring-healing relationship between a person and a nurse, and which is based on previous works of Barrett, Rogers, and Watson. The relations to the care of older persons suffering from DDD is listed in the framework of “Tenets of Care”, according to the evidence-based Best Practice Guidelines created by RNAO.
