The new venture that I will be launching is an all-natural mobile dog treat bakery. The first person I would hire is a chief financial officer. This person will have to be very knowledgeable and have 20 plus years working as a financial officer. I would also like this person to be a certified accountant as well. This will allow one person to manage the finances of Yum Yum Doggy Treats. As my venture will be family owned and operated. This person will have to have deep values of faith and family. This will allow for a close working environment. I understand that things can become shaky when dealing with a family member or a close friend, however I believe our system of love, loyalty, & passion will triumphs above all adversities that may arise.
