...Team Analysis When working with a group or team there should be a “constitution” in place for any situation that may occur. There can be many different names for such a document in this instance it is a team charter. The team charter is an excellent way to ensure that every team member is treated fairly and does his/her share. In constructing a team charter for Learning Team C (three individuals) not every member had input. For sake of this analysis the individuals in Team C will be Member 1, Member 2, and Member 3. The communication was not clear in the beginning. Member 1 did not have any input in the comprising the Member 1 is a procrastinator and unorganized. Once Member 2 and 3 did have contact with Member 1, the member was combative and annoyed that the charter was completed without the member. The member’s personality indicated that he/she cannot be trusted to complete assignments in a timely manner. Although, Member 1 was very vocal after the fact, the member does not have a dominant personality. The member can be easily led. Having the Learning Team Charter will be most helpful in this instance; not only for Member 1 but also for Members 2 and 3. The charter will set standards. The Learning Charter will place each member on common ground (hopefully in the future) to work toward the common goal. The charter will be effective in minimizing miscommunication amongst the team. Some will say it is about two hit men or a boxer, but the truth is there is no story behind the film. The whole purpose of the film is to parody every type of film movement created. This film leaves no movement out. The director, Quentin Tarantino, uses the film’s formal properties to express larger themes. First of all, Quentin Tarantino somewhat sticks to the classic Hollywood System for editing. Tarantino does not seem to cross the axis of action. However, there are times when the director breaks with the classic Hollywood System for editing and one way he does this is by having a discontinuous editing system. One example is the end of the movie. Under the rule of continuity editing, it should have been following the beginning of the film. The director, however, did not seem to use crosscutting, which could have worked in his film and makes him adhere to the continuity editing system. Among all the other styles present in the film, film noir and surrealism seem to be the most obvious. Throughout the movie, Tarantino parodies these films styles along with many others. This was repeated on another plate using unknown analgesics. The plates were then placed in a jar of solvent to develop, where only the bottom of the plates were submerged. Once the solvent reached about 0.5 cm from the top, the plates were removed from the jar and the solvent front was marked on each. The plates were then observed with a UV light where spots were observed and sketched onto the plates. The retention factor (Rf) was then determined by measuring (in millimeters) the distance each spot had traveled relative to the solvent front. Calixta's sexual repression comes as a result of the constraints of her marriage to her husband Bobinôt, as well as the moral constraints society has placed on her. She lives in a time period - the late 19th century - that does not condone suggestive or sexual behavior by women. She does not live life by her terms, instead she lives life according to what society deems appropriate. Calixta is introduced in the setting of her small two-room house sitting by a window, sewing. She is so engrossed in her sewing that she does not notice the approaching storm. Her husband Bobinôt and four-year old son Bibi have gone out, on foot, for food and are at Friedheimer’s store when the storm arrives. They decide to wait out the storm there.
