Andrea Zittel is a sculptor and installation artist known for her unique artworks, such as, Wagon Station Encampment, Pocket Property, and Living Unit. Majority of Zittels artwork revolves around a particular site, known as site-specific. She chooses particular environments and creates her artwork in places in that inspire her the most. It could also be known environments such as deserts, and areas for camping. One of her artworks that stuck out the most would be the Wagon Station Encampment. It is located in a desert environment.
