Flin was born in the Oxford's General Hospital, He lived there together with his mother Ansjelien Notorious, And his father Sjef Notorious, And little brother Emilio.
Both Ansjelien and Sjef are originally from The Netherlands, Rotterdam.
They fell in love with each other whilst doing a study in the university at Rotterdam, They decided to move to the United Kingdom and start a new life there.

After 5 years of living in London, Ansjelien got pregnant,
