Introduction
Vitamins are among the most important nutrients for the human body. Many people are taking regular doses of supplements enriched with various Vitamins in purposes of growing stronger, improving the immune system, and keeping the body healthy. Essential nutrients are critical for plants to grow healthily. However, whether additional Vitamins have an impact on plant growth is not well understood yet. A popular example of nutrients would be minerals. Plants can produce the Vitamin themselves. They also have the ability to gather and convert Vitamins from sunlight. There is this debate on whether additional Vitamins are considered essential for plant growth.
