Wilbarger's brushing protocol (providing deep pressure, tactile input, joint compression and oral swipe and massage using MORE protocol) and obstacle course to increase concentration, attention span, body awareness, fine and gross motor skills, UE strength and activity tolerance.

--Behavioral modification techniques: Positive reinforcement (for task completion and following directions by giving praises) and negative reinforcement ( time-out and removal of privileges) to increase firm kindness and motivation for task participation and to shape expected behaviors.
A: The child was energetic and happy while participated with others. He demonstrated poor motor planning, concentration, and attention span during the platform swing activity. He was easily distracted and required mod verbal, visual and gesture cues to redirect his attention. He displayed good attention span but fair postural control and required mod verbal and tactile cues to exhibits the proper postural control during the weight bearing activity. He demonstrates good social smiles, waiting between turns, attention span, following directions, interacting with other kids and required min verbal, visual and gestures cues at the beginning of the obstacle course. During the sit-down fine motor activity, he exhibited 85% attention span, followed OT initiated activity, good sharing, a good visual perception in copying different strokes and connecting dots which are necessary to become successful in school and in the
