Comfort Keepers have caregivers that “travel to clients’ homes to provide care services and living assistance, allowing seniors and disabled individuals to live comfortably and independently” (Comfort Keepers, 2015). As a scheduling manager, Kailyn must schedule caregivers to meet and exceed client’s needs as well as handle any caregiver or client related issues. Many times when there is a call out or at least an open shift, Kailyn must be able to effectively motivate a caregiver to cover the shift.
