Brooklyn’s Logan’s Restaurant crafts sumptuous and fragrant Latin American and South American cuisine in its relaxing eatery. For an ideal appetizer, enjoy some of the small plate offerings, such as the alcapurrias cassava root fritter made with ground beef, raisins and cilantro and the tomato and citrus-marinated shrimp ceviche served chilled. Some of Logan’s Restaurant’s specialty house entrées include the Logan’s paella with clams, shrimp, chicken, smoked sausage and saffron-infused rice, the pernil roasted pork shoulder served over tropical slaw with guava sauce and the ropa vieja flank steak cooked in a tangy tomato and bread stew and served atop a Spanish omelet, all of which are served with yellow rice, beans and stew on the side.
