Writing of an article require through knowledge of the topic, good vocabulary, good command over the grammar and good writing skill and presenting the facts and figures in compact, concise, organized and systematic way. Articles writing are an art. Many students find the writing of articles difficult task.
If your article is poor written, you will be loosing marks. And, in the outside world, you would be a failure. It is very important to write in a crisp, clear style, with good sentence construction and proper punctuation. Needless to say spelling mistakes also fail to impress your views.
One, who wants to write good articles, should develop interest in reading standard books of renowned authors, informative magazines and Newspapers. Reading develops power of analyzing the thing in proper perspective and also develops power of thinking and imagination. In the beginning, reading may appear a boring drill, but gradually you will find the reading as the best pastime and surely up confidence in life resulted from reading. Napoleon once said,” Show me a family of reader and I will show you the people who move the world”
An article can have many purposes, but the basic structure is the same irrespective of the subject or the topic .you may be writing an article to argue a particular point of view or to explain the steps necessary for the welfare of the society .either way, your article will have the some basic layout. It you fellow the simple steps, you will find that the article is almost written. You are required to apply you ideas, facts and figures, which are required to write an article.
The following simple steps will guide you while writing an excellent article.
1. Select the topic
2. Make an outline of your idea.
3. Write the introduction.
4. Write the body.
5. Write the main points.
6. Write the sub points.
7. Elaborate the sub points.
8. The the conclusion.

<b>Select the Topic for Your Article :< /b>
Selection of a topic is an important task. Evaluate each topic you have to choose out of the list of topics. You must simply consider each one individually .select the topic about which you have detail knowledge about the facts and figures. You must be sure that it is the topic/subject about which you are particularly well-informed. Of course, the most important factor in choosing a topic is the number of point and ideas you have about the topic. Once you are sure that your topic will be suitable, start writing

<b>Outline: </b>
The purpose of outline of the topic is to put your ideas on paper, in a moderately organized format. Well thought layout is the heart of every good article.
Write the main points that you have about your topic starting with the Roman Numerals I, II and III. If you are trying to persuade for want of writing your best arguments, if you are trying to explain a process, for want to write the steps that should be followed. You will probably need to make a group of those into categories. Under the Roman numeral,
Write A, B, and C down to the left side of page followed by the facts of information that support the main points.

<b>Introduction: </b>
The introduction should be produce complete idea to the reader’s about the articles. Begin with attractive heading such as: a) Starting information This information must be true. It could simply be a pertinent fact that explicitly illustrates the point you wish to make. If you use a piece of starting information, follow it with a few sentences. b) Anecdote An anecdote is a story that illustrates a point. Be sure your anecdote is short, precise, to the point, and relevant to the topic. This can proved to be a very effective opener for your articles. c) Dialogue or Quotation. An appropriate Dialogue or Quotation does not have to identify the reader, but the reader must understand the point of view you want to convey.

<b>The body of Paragraphs :< /b> All the point lay out up to this comes to fruition. The topic you have chosen must now be thoroughly explained, described, or argued, each main point that you wrote down in your outline will be elaborated in the body paragraphs. If you had three or four main points, you have to elaborate in the three or four body paragraph. Each body paragraph will have the same basic structure. 1. Start by writing down one of your main point in sentence form. 2. Next, write down each of your supporting points. 3. In the space under each point elaborate each point in detail.

<b>The conclusion :</b> Now you need to give a powerful and logical conclusion which is the consequences of everything discussed earlier. The conclusion brings the reader closure, summing up your point of providing a final perspective of your topic. The conclusion needs three or four strong, effective and logical sentences. Simply review the main points or briefly describe your feelings about the topic. Even an anecdote can end your article in a useful and effective way.
