Papaya
Papaya can be useful to rejuvenate your skin, mashed ripe papaya and mix 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply on your face and let sit for 20 minutes then rinse thoroughly. Papaya is able to lift dead skin cells and prevent wrinkles on the face. If you want maximum results use once a week.

Apple Facial mask | | Ingredients: * 1 cored apple cut into quarters * 2 tablespoons of honey * ½ teaspoon of sageProcedure:Chop up the apple quarters in a food processor. Add the honey and sage and then refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Lightly pat the mixture onto the face until the honey feels tacky. Leave it on the skin for 30 minutes and then rinse the face mask off with cool water. |

Avocado Facial mask | | Ingredients: * 2 tablespoons hot water * 1 tablespoon honeyProcedure:Mash the Avocado with a fork. Dissolve the honey into the water and mix well with fruits. Apply on your face smoothly. Let it sit on the skin for 10 minutes. Wash your face. It makes your skin soft and clean. |

III.A.PROCEDURE IN DOING FOOT SPA
* FOOT SPA PROCEDURE *
1. prepare things needed:
a. foot soak
b. foot lotion
c. foot scrub
d. foot file
e. buffer/stone
f. foot brush
g. two hand towel
h. one medium basin
2. wash feet thoughtly
3. turn on spa machine, soak feet in the spa machine w/ solution & leave feet to soak in the spa machine for 10 to 15 minutes, then turn of spa machine.
4. file the feet, buff using buffer or stone then brush.
5. wash feet twice until water is clear.
6. apply foot lotion then massage.

B.TAKE CARE YOUR HANDS THE RIHGT WAY

Check water temperature: Never use very cold or hot water to wash your hands. Lukewarm is best as it is gentle on the skin and helps remove grime effectively.

Moisturise well: Apply hand lotion or moisturiser when the skin is still slightly damp for maximum effect. Also, a mix of lime juice and salt is an excellent recipe to exfoliate hands.

Oil massage: Mix sugar granules with oil (baby oil or olive oil) and scrub hands for at least one minute. Wash off and apply a light hand lotion.

Oatmeal and milk: For very coarse hands, make a paste of oatmeal and milk and scrub your hands properly. Wash off and dab a moisturiser, preferably with shea butter as an ingredient.

Overnight routine: For an overnight regime, rub hands with olive oil and cover them with a glove to avoid staining your sheets. Scrub hands with brown sugar in the morning with a squeeze of lime and pat dry.
