a) I truly believe that no one is born as a leader but certain people are born with the potential of being one. In order to have the potential to be a leader one needs to challenge his/her status quo then he needs to be rebellious and stand up to be counted. This is an essential character trait he must be born with or develop at an early stage in life.
I do think that few certain people have special leadership qualities for which they have become known to the whole world such as Martin Luther King, Bill Gates and many more. We will briefly have a look at some special qualities which Martin Luther King possessed, and made him a well known leader. Firstly Martin had a spirit of adventure which urged him to explore, break new grounds, and challenge the status quo, stand up for what he believed in, and rebel against authority as well as being innovative. Secondly Martin had the ability to influence by example, logical arguments, enthusiasm, and persistence or by painting a visionary picture. Finally Martin had the courage to speak out and the willingness to risk group rejection.
I think that leadership is something that everyone can exhibit but some people will turn out to be better leaders than others. I sincerely believe that anyone can learn to become a great leader however it will take time as well as it requires patience, determination, and passion. We all have areas of our lives where we have talent and propensity for success. If this is also an area which he/she feel passionate about, they may exude qualities that are absent from other areas of their life. So while he/she may not be a natural born leader in the strictest sense, you can certainly overcome many obstacles and develop a desire and ability to lead when you are inspired to do so.
