...I am a blogger since 2006. I started sharing my everyday amusement and observation online. When I was in my sophomore year in high school, I became part of our school publication and so my then-online diary became a citizen-journalism-slash-commentary-slash-editorial blog. It amused me because some of the articles I published online were recognized by people. I became “popular” in my high school because I am already an internet slave as early as those years. I used to say I am more human in the cyber world. I am more of everything I am. I am free to express myself. The internet gave me no limitations on how I should express my thoughts. I am a free man. And when democracy was questioned even in a democratic country like mine, the World Wide Web provided me my freedom of expression. It is a shame though that, in a democratic country like ours, a law such as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 was passed. It’s an indirect way of putting masking tapes in our mouth. We need this law, but not to the extent of having provisions on libel. It is questionable enough that the provisions of this law are graver than the usual cases of libel. The thing I questioned most about this law is the issues of liability. Facebook and Twitter are social networking sites. They work as medium for people to interact, to communicate and to share their thoughts. Even polls and surveys by news programs (Bandila & TV Patrol) regarding an issue were made through these. How do this law determine who...

...Completing the assessments on my organizational orientations allowed me to view and reflect on my current stage of life. I scored the highest in the Upward Mobile orientation which may cause others to perceive me as a committed individual who receives great pleasure from work. I would be perceived as a hard worker and someone who is on their way to the top of an organization. Colleges might assume the best way to communicate with me is to converse about anything and everything that has to do with work and/or the organization. This could be a successful way to communicate with me; however, I believe I am able to communicate beyond work and/or organization topics of conversations. If my superiors viewed my scores they may assign me high levels of responsibility with the understanding they are rewarding me and showing their appreciation for me. I found my scores on the different orientations interesting. On the Upward Mobile Orientation assessment I scored a sixty seven, thirty one for the Ambivalent Orientation, and thirty one for the Indifferent Orientation. Prior to this assessment I assumed I would score highest on the Indifferent Orientation, so I was somewhat surprised to see my highest score for the Upward Mobile Orientation. My scores for the Upward Mobile and Indifferent orientation were pretty close to the mean scores. Reflecting on these scores I can understand and can agree with my scores. I started working at the age of fourteen and was raised to work...

Characterizations were also revealed because it showed Lady Macbeth was not all bad and had thought about what she did.. | Lady Macbeth is wearing a white dress that shows some innocence but her hair is black to show that shehas some darkness in her. The people that are in the corner want to listen to what she was saying while she was sleep walking | The doctor and lady Macbeth are in this scene. There is another woman that is wearing old clothing. The doctor is a woman in this stage adaptation but is described as a male in Shakespeare’s writing. Again, Lady Macbeth is wearing a white dress and has black hair implying her guilt ridden conscience. | Step 2: Question| Why was it chosen for LadyMacbeth’s character to experience such guilt when she was such a cold hearted character in the beginning? ...PRODUCT ASSESMENT Tiffany Burke Professor Farrar MKT 100 July 28, 2013 Product Assessment Decline stage is defined as the product life-cycle; in which a product’s sales decline to low or negative growth rate in sales. During this stage of any product, sales are diminished and consumers’ taste shifts to a newer or better offering. Eventually what happens is profits fall and it makes not profitable to produce the product anymore. As a number of other companies dominate the market, it becomes increasing difficult for the company in question to maintain its level of sales. This is something in the case of digital music players like the Apple IPod. Profitability will fall, eventually to the point where it is no longer profitable to produce, and production will stop. As a number of companies start to dominate the market, it becomes increasingly difficult for the company in question to maintain its level of sales. Consumer tastes also change, as do new technologies which may make the product become ultimately obsolete (as in the case of CDs and DVDs, and now Blu-Ray).Profitability will fall, eventually to the point where it is no longer profitable to produce, and production will stop. ...Running head: Organizational Assessment Abstract The organization has had some regulatory and ethical issues occur in the last several months prior to the new appointment. These ethical and regulator issues have had a serious impact on the daily operations of the facility. There has been a major back–lash, directed towards the in-patient medical center, sense these series of events have occurred. The in-patient medical center faces possible law suites as well as, possible sanctions or even worse loss of accreditation, if there is not a plausible solution drafted ASAP. In order to defuse the situation and prevent this from happening again, it is the newly appointed COO’s responsibility, along with her management team to develop and implement a plan of action, in order to take the necessary steps to create and enforce a new surgical protocol to insure the over all safety of the patients. Introduction The in-patient medical center in which I have just been appointed COO has several regulatory and ethical issues, which require immediate attention. A wrong patient surgical error has occurred under the watch of the former COO, where a 26-year-old male patient comes in for surgery on his left leg, for a running injury however, he leaves the facility with his left leg amputated. This is an example of some of the major regulatory and ethical issues in which I have inherited as the new COO. It is vital that a comprehensive SWOT analysis...
