Resident, Nataly Rodriguez (DOB 7/6/88) , stated that her dog was barking because he did not have barking collar on earlier. Rodriguez advised that she could not put him in the house due to pregnancy and that her boyfriend forgot to put the barking collar on her this morning. Dog stopped barking and problem was resolved.
