If someone is looking to escape from their world for a while then this is the place for them. Untouched wilderness and the beautiful, blue ocean surround Paradise Bay. A maximum of twenty guests can stay at the resort and there is no mobile phone reception or internet. It is the ultimate escape to paradise. They do provide guests with the chance to enjoy snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, and dolphin, turtle, or whale spotting. If guests choose to enjoy the beach, they say to leave nothing behind but footprints, as Paradise Bay is one of Australia’s most authentic environmentally sustainable resorts. There is no comfort compromised in making the resort sustainable. They believe that your comforts are actually enhanced because of the pristine setting. Many guests have raved that, “they have slept better here than they can readily remember.” All guests have the opportunity to take the behind the scenes tour of how they make Paradise Bay sustainable. It is estimated that American’s dispose of 12 million to 14 million computers each year. Most electronics become obsolete within a time span of 1 to 3 years. Electronic waste contains very dangerous materials such as mercury, lead, cadmium, and arsenic, just to name a few. The toxins in electronic waste” can cause cancer, reproductive disorders, endocrine disruption, and many other health problems if this waste stream is not properly managed.” (The E-Waste Crisis Introduction, 2010). Today, we are all becoming more aware of our carbon footprints and are trying to reduce them. It is important that we follow all the proper procedure when disposing of electronic waste. Mercury is sometimes called quicksilver. It is a heavy, silvery-white liquid metal. It is a rather poor conductor of heat if compared with other metals but it is a fair conductor of electricity. It alloys easily with many metals, such as gold, silver, and tin. These alloys are called amalgams. The most important mercury salts are mercuric chloride HgCl2 (corrosive sublimate - a violent poison), mercuric chloride Hg2Cl2 (calomel, still used in medicine occasionally), mercury fulminate...

This definition is also identical to that contained in the Annex to the Constitution and Convention of the International Telecommunication Union (Geneva, 1992). Telecommunication occurs when the exchange of information between two or more entities (communication) includes the use of technology. Communication technology uses channels to transmit information (as electrical signals), either over a physical medium (such as signal cables), or in the form of electromagnetic waves.[1][2][3][4][5][6] The word is often used in its plural form, telecommunications, because it involves many different technologies. Early means of communicating over a distance included visual signals, such as beacons, smoke signals, semaphore telegraphs, signal flags, and optical heliographs.[7] Other examples of pre-modern long-distance communication included audio messages such as codeddrumbeats, lung-blown horns, and loud whistles. Modern technologies for long-distance communication...

The psychological and sociological effects of wireless electricity will also be well-thought-out in the next section. The cultural background of this technology is studied and highlighted in American culture. Every technology needs to be examined in detail for its effect on the environment and wireless electricity is no different. The last section of this paper talks about the moral and ethical effects of wireless technology.
