...father will all check the equipment for full inventory of what is supposed to be with the items they are checking out and a quality control check to verify that none of the equipment is broken prior to check out. This is an essential step because many students try to turn in broken gear claiming that it was broken when they checked it out. After all these checks and balances are made the students checking out the equipment will submit their personal phone number and their Barc number (tuition account number) on their request form this is utilized if any of the equipment is returned broken. If any equipment is missing or broken when they turn it back in the student production team is one-hundred percent responsible and have three options to repair or replace the item. Option one is that they pay for a replacement or repair out of their own pocket, option two is where the student will pay the regents office to repair or replace the broken item, and option three is where the money will be taken out of their Barc account to pay for the item. Another daily habit that is required for his job is to inventory all equipment. The inventory is digital and is organized by category (i.e. computers, camera, light bulbs, ect.) Each item on the inventory spread sheet will have three or four digit designator numbers. These play an important role in maintaining the equipment. According to Stockdale, though the gaps among rural areas’ economic development are becoming more and more obvious, it is still necessary to study the underlining relationships among different areas (Stockdale, A. 2006). This article mainly focuses on the space-time point of view to solve the rural economic problems. Because of urbanization and industrialization in the rural areas, the annual net income in eastern costal rural areas increased rapidly from 1978 to 2012. In addition, the gaps between each rural area could cause severe regional polarization. According to Stockdale (2006), There are three basic elements influencing the rural economy, which are location, donation, and governments policies. In this article, the author also mentioned that culture education and environment are quite important. The areas close to cites are in higher levels than those remote areas. This article also studied the neighborhood effect. The local nature resources are important factors affecting rural economics. What’s more, policy has great impact on the rural economy. Last but not least, education in the rural areas is also important. With the improvement of famers’ educational level, their income and living quality can be relatively increased. This journal views rural economics in a special point of view, that...

...FIRST INDO-PAK WAR (1947-49) The first war between the two neighbours broke out soon after their independence in 1947. Armed Pathans from the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan entered the territory of Maharaja Hari Singh of Kashmir, who was yet undecided on the issue of accession to either India or Pakistan. Indian military help was sought by the Maharaja to fend off the invasion. Forces arrived on October 27, after the Maharaja decided on accession of Kashmir to Indian Union. Despite early successes, the Indian Army suffered a setback in December because of logistical problems. Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (Azad Kashmir) troops forced Indian army to retreat from the border areas. Following spring, the Indian side mounted another offensive to recapture some of the ground that it had lost. As the conflict escalated, the India realised the war could not be ended unless Pakistani support to occupied Kashmir forces was stopped. Accordingly, India filed a complaint against Pakistan at the United Nations on December 31, 1948, despite some opposition from within the Cabinet. In August, the UN Commission for India and Pakistan called for an end to hostilities with a truce, to be followed by a referendum for self-determination among Kashmiris. Both the parties agreed to the UN resolution. The UN Security Council eventually brought about a ceasefire between Pakistani and Indian troops on January 1, 1949. In all, 1,500 soldiers died on each side during the war, which left...
