First and foremost, as manager of corporate communications of the Spree Cruise Line, we will like to apologize for any disturbance or inconvenience that was caused during your trip. We would like to inform you all of a few issues to allow us to provide you with a blissful trip for the remaining of the cruise. On behalf of the Office of Corporate Communications, it is our duty to inform you of issues affecting your trip should an emergency or any disruptions should arise.
The Sensation staff and crew have been made aware of the noise some passengers have been hearing and at this moment the noise has been subsided with the work of our engineer and crew. We have discovered that our vessel's Propulsion Unit that runs the left engine propulsion was strained. We have shut of the engine and as a result, our speed has now been halved and we are now running at 10 knots, having declined from the popular 20 knots. I am pleased to inform you that all other systems are in working condition.
We are doing all we can to make up for the delay caused by the speed decline we are experiencing. We regret that we have to reschedule our program. Arrivals at Cozumel will be delayed and instead of arriving at 9.30 a.m. we are likely to dock at 4.00 p.m. However, we reassure you we are doing all we can to match up our usual Fridays' docking hours at New Orleans. We wish to announce our staff aboard and off board are doing all we can to update communication with the hotels and parks that were booked to coincide with our departures and arrivals.
Fortunately, along with the apologies I am glad to inform you that in future bookings we will guarantee you bonuses and discounts, and all our guests aboard will receive their inclusive 30% deductible refund for the guests planning to disembark from this Cruise at Cozumel as our policy states.
At Spree Cruise Line, we value our customers and their

Even if the theory is fixed, several dialects and related tools may exist for it. La Singularidad

...NOTE: This PDF document has a handy set of “bookmarks” for it, which are accessible by pressing the Bookmarks tab on the left side of this window. ***************************************************** We are the last. The last generation to be unaugmented. The last generation to be intellectually alone. The last generation to be limited by our bodies. We are the first. The first generation to be augmented. The first generation to be intellectually together. The first generation to be limited only by our imaginations. We stand both before and after, balancing on the razor edge of the Event Horizon of the Singularity. That this sublime juxtapositional tautology has gone unnoticed until now is itself remarkable. We're so exquisitely privileged to be living in this time, to be born right on the precipice of the greatest paradigm shift in human history, the only thing that approaches the importance of that reality is finding like minds that realize the same, and being able to make some connection with them. Policy Failure

...THE GREAT RECESSION Since publication of Robert L. Hetzel’s he Monetary Policy of the Federal Reserve (Cambridge University Press, 2008), the intellectual consensus that had characterized macroeconomics has disappeared. hat consensus emphasized eicient markets, rational expectations, and the eicacy of the price system in assuring macroeconomic stability. he 2008–2009 recession not only destroyed the professional consensus about the kinds of models required to understand cyclical luctuations but also revived the credit-cycle or asset-bubble explanations of recession that dominated thinking in the nineteenth century and irst half of the twentieth century. hese “market-disorder” views emphasize excessive risk taking in inancial markets and the need for government regulation. he present book argues for the alternative “monetary-disorder” view of recessions. A review of cyclical instability over the last two centuries places the 2008–2009 recession in the monetary-disorder tradition, which focuses on the monetary instability created by central banks rather than on a boom-bust cycle in inancial markets. Robert L. Hetzel is Senior Economist and Research Advisor in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where he participates in debates over monetary policy and prepares the bank’s president for meetings of the Federal Open Market Committee. Literature Review

...Disclosures About CSR Practices: A Literature Review Kavitha W * and Anita P ** Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is now prominent and evident more than ever due to the emphasis laid on businesses regarding environmental, social and ethical issues. The level of CSR activities of the firms is made known to public only through the disclosures. This paper reviews the literature on CSR disclosures and the effect of these disclosures. There are various factors which determine the extent of disclosures like the size of the firm, industry, high visibility, etc. Introduction Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is now prominent and evident more than ever due to the emphasis laid on businesses regarding environmental, social and ethical issues. This is because over the recent years, there have been social, political and economic pressures on corporate management to pay attention on social and environmental consequences of corporate activities. These pressures motivated the corporate management to actively participate in a wide range of social welfare activities. CSR now-a-days covers almost all issues like the use of child labor; inequality of employment; environmental impact; involvement in local community; products’ safety; company cultures; brand image and reputation. Apart from this, companies are now disclosing these activities in their annual reports, and one of the parameters to judge the performance of a company is CSR reporting.
