Introduction

Yordanos Bar & Restaurant was opened 13 years ago, in 2000G.C.The location of this restaurant is in Addis Ababa, more specifically the area known as Stadium, on the way going to Ethiopia Hotel.

To be more specific it is located at Kirkos Kifle Ketema.
This restaurant was opened by Ato Abraham Niguse as a sole owner.This restaurant by the time it was open was having 4 middle size rooms for the customers, around 2 kitchens, a small bar, two toilets and 20 employees.

Generally speaking, at this time it has an office for the owner, 7 rooms for customers, two employees changing rooms, a small bar, cashier space, 3 kitchens, one big Store, around 6-7 toilets for the customers and employees. The recent employees are more than 40 to mention them:-

There have been many studies devised by researchers in order to come up with the definition of leadership. The behavior approach is one of many used in those studies. Description The behavior research approach came about when researchers, discouraged with the lack of results of other research approaches, started paying more attention to the behavior of managers, what did they actually do when at work. One category of this approach looks at how managers spend their time, how they cope with demands, constraints, and conflicts, their activities, responsibilities and job functions (Yukl, 2010). Another category of behavior research looks at what behavior makes leaders effective. According to Yokl (2010), leadership effectiveness depends on how well a manager resolves role conflicts, deals with demands of the job, recognizes opportunities, and overcomes restraints (p. 14). Over the last 60 years, many studies have researched how effective leaders differ in behavior from ineffective leaders. A questionnaire titled the leader behavior description questionnaire (LBDQ) was developed and measured two basic aspects of leadership: task orientation and relationship orientation. “Early users of the LBDQ believed that the two dimensions were separate and distinct, dividing each into a high and low section which created four quadrants or four leadership styles” (Oyinlade, 2006, Volume 19, Issue 1). According to early users of the LBDQ, an effective leader scored high on both task and relationship orientation.
