ALLEGATIONS:
R/s Bessie Alford suffers from confusion and severe dementia. R/s it is requested that DSS do a home evaluation concerning Ms. Alford’s well-being. R/s it was reported that the family is heating the home with space heaters because they don’t have central heating. R/s later it was reporter that the home has central heating. R/s it was reported that Ms. Alford gets up at night and wanders around and one time she knocked over the space heater. R/s on 11/27/2016, Ms. Alford was hospitalized for hyperthermal, sepsis shock, and her temperature was 81 degrees.
