Course Description: American Experience I (3) FA SP SU Prerequisites: Documented exemption, appropriate placement scores or completion of developmental education reading and writing. AMH 1041 examines the historical experiences and events that have shaped America's social and economic development in order to foster a better understanding of America's culturally diverse society.
Prerequisite(s): satisfactory completion of Developmental Writing II (ENC0025 ) and Developmental Reading II (REA0017 ), or appropriate placement scores.
