Jay Nguyen Annette Innella is the Vice President, Knowledge Management at Concord Machines. She was recently hired by the CEO of the company, as he believed that there was a need of fresh thinking in the company. She joined the company six months ago and was not satisfied by the old style organisational culture, wherein there was no cross-unit interaction. She planned on initiating a knowledge management committee consisting of the best candidates from each unit.
