Facts: Upon the release of information to the public about Baltimore getting an NFL team, Frederick Bouchat started drawing potential images that revolved around his favorite potential name- the Ravens. One drawing in particular that Mr. Bouchat drew was of Raven holding a shield. The drawing was given to a Eugene Conti, who later requested a meeting with Mr. Bouchat and a Mr. John Moag who was the Maryland Stadium Authority chairman. In this meeting, photos were taken, and artwork was discussed. Then after
