Gaminimas:
Išmaišome sausus produktus: miltus, cukrų, kepimo miltelius, sodą.
Bananus sutriname, išmaišome su kiaušinių, margarino mase.
Į bananų mišinį maišome sausus produktus.
Tešlą paskirstome po keksiukų formeles ir kepame 180 C orkaitėje apie 25 minutes.
Margariną, skirtą kremui ištirpiname, išplakame su cukraus pudra, medumi ir cinamonu.
Kremu padengiame kiekvieną keksiuką. Papuošimui naudojau po griežinėlį banano. Man gavosi 12 keksiukų.

Ingredientai:
4 kiaušiniai
140 g cukraus
120 g miltų
2 valgomieji šaukšteliai kepimo miltelių
90 g kokoso drožlių
120 g ištirpdyto sviesto
100 g balto šokolado gabalėlių
Gaminimas:
Kiaušinius ir cukrų plakti elektriniu plaktuvu 2 - 3 minutes, kol pasidarys vientisa masė.
Atsargiai į tešlą įmaišyti miltus ir kepimo miltelius.
Sudėti kokosus ir ištirpdytą sviestą, toliau švelniai maišyti.
Dėti pusė tešlos į keksiuko formelę per vidury uždėti baltojo šokolado gabalėlį ir iki galo supilti tešlą.
Kepti 200 laipsnių temperatūroje 10-15 minučių, kol gerai iškils ir taps auksinės spalvos
Kelis gabalėlius baltojo šokolado ištirpdyti su šaukštu grietinės ir šakute apšlakstyti pyragaičius. Papuošti galima skrudintomis kokoso drožlėmis.

Gaminimas:
Sviestą išlydyti su šokoladu.
Kai sviestas pravės, sudėti cukrų ir labai kruopščiai išmaišyti.
Sudėti kiaušinius.
Galiausiai po truputį maišant berti miltus ir maišyti, kad neatsirastų gumulėlių.
Tešla turi būti gana skysta, bet ne per daug.
Kepti 200 laipsnių temperatūros orkaitėje apie 20 minučių, bet reikia labai žiūrėti, nes gali būti iškepę jau per 15 minučių.
