Terry Little’s Management Plan Project Manager at the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) program, Terry Little was a great pioneer in the Department of Defense’s (DoD) acquisition reform and streamlining efforts. Mr. Little’s performance dramatically reduced cost and the acquisition time. The result of this acquisition, government was able to save more than $960 million (in 1995 dollars) in fixed costs over JASSM's production period. (Bower, 2000)

We intend to pursue alternate methods and approaches to facilitate faster and more cost effective procurement proses for this DOD contract. We will manage and define the client’s expectations to ensure the performance specifications fit within their parameters of the pre-determined time and budget. Contractors will be engaged throughout the whole process, for us to gain an understanding of what is possible and encourage them to peruse whatever alternate technology’s means and methods that they see fit to meet the time, budget and performance criteria. We will utilize all our available resources to aid the contractors to produce their most competitive proposals.
