CHAPTER I. THE BUSINESS A. Description of the Business
The Daily Perc (TDP) is a specialty beverage retailer that uses a system that is new to the beverage and food service industry to provide hot and cold beverage in a convenient and efficient way. It provides its customers the ability to drive up and order their choice of a customer blended espresso drink, freshly brewed coffee or other beverages. It offers a high quality option to fast food, gas stations and /or institutional coffee.
The TDP is partnerships owned organization were all partners shared their contribution or capital. The organizations administration and work force will be handled by the partners until such time that it can able to hire more work personnel for its operation.

B. Location of the Business
The Daily Perc will open its first drive thru facility or mobile café at ___________________________. Five more facility will be placed throughout the metropolis over the next two years. The first drive-thru will serve as its commissary.
Physical and demographic requirements for drive thru location are as follows: a. Traffic at 40,000+ at store side b. Visible from road side c. Easy Entry of vehicle d. Established retail stores and other establishments in the area

C. Description of the Product
The Daily Perc will provide its customers & patrons the finest hot and cold beverages, specializing in specialty coffee and custom blended teas. It will also offer domestic soft drink, sodas and freshly baked pastries. Seasonally, TDP will offer additional beverages such as hot chocolates, frozen coffee and more.

D. Description of Target Market
The Daily Perc will focus on two markets, these are: 1. The Daily Commuter-someone travelling to and from work, delivering goods or just for a drive 2. The Captive Consumer- someone who is in a restricted environment
