Working for a company period consist of great communication. There should be a great communication between the employees, to the supervisors, then to the managers, the CEOs and owners. I worked for Aarons for over three years and they had the best communication I have ever experienced in working for any company. There was always a mass email that went out to all the employees when there was a change or an update with the company. It was always things that will keep us informed on the latest and newest products. I worked in an office where it was only three customer services representatives, which included me, two warehouse workers and a boat load of technicians. I had a supervisor who was over four different locations and only visited our office maybe once a week. She had a manager and so on and so on when it comes to the higher power. Even though we didn’t see our supervisor as much she always kept some line of communication. She was very nice and informative. When I had a problem or a question, and she wasn’t at the office, she always found a way to answer it, quick and efficient might I add. I had her work email, work phone, as well as her cell phone as a means of contact. She will have us in competition with the other stores to make sure we made our weekly and monthly goals. She told us about the prizes and bonuses we could earn and always congratulated the winner. When it came to training and traveling to different location she would always tell us weeks before so we could properly prepare. Her lines of communication were always open. If we couldn’t reach her there had to be a dyer emergency on her end, which never happened. Having the ability to always know what was going on in the company benefitted me
