This may provide a clear picture of the online behavior of the 4th year BSBA students of LSPU and analyses the way they use the Social Media in their everyday life, and the effect it has on their decision-making process, particularly in the decision on buying a product or services.. This study also examined social media’s effect in an organization regarding reputation and innovation. Data are collected by means of survey questionnaires to the 4th year BSBA university students.
