...Business Feasibility Study of A Home Day Care Center Muhisani Kerr OMM 614 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Josephine Carola April 9th, 2012 Executive Summary Kilo’s Loving Care is a venture that provides 24 hour home care services for children in DeKalb County. This facility provides child care services for up to 6 children from the age of 6 months to 12 years. The service also provides weekend and holiday care for parents who work non-traditional hours. There are 73 child care centers in a 35 mile radius from my location. There are franchised child care centers, regular child care centers and other home based child care centers. Only 4 of them provide 24 hour service, 2 of them provide weekend service but none of them provide holiday service. For parents who work non-traditional hours and on holidays, they are forced to seek additional childcare just for the weekends and holidays in order to care for their children. The market is not much competitive because not one of the 73 day cares provide holiday services. Due to the lack of time for themselves, daycare owners use holidays as a time to rest and bond with their own family members. This venture will ensure that their staffs receive constant training to remain up to date on the advances in child care whereby providing quality service. The target market will be fulltime working parents, college students, part-time working parents or drop-ins. Fulltime working parents will account for nearly 80 percent...

...whether or not the planned investment idea is feasible. The feasibility of an investment has to be considered with respect to several different aspects in order to determine whether the investment should be realized or not. Carrying out a feasibility analysis is therefore one of the most critical steps in the decision-making process. A feasibility analysis is an effective analytical tool that can be used to evaluate investments from various perspectives, e.g. technical, social, legal, financial, market, and organizational. Financial feasibility is often a predominant factor in feasibility analysis, as most investments are not realized if they do not generate profit for the project owners. The focus of this thesis is on financial feasibility analysis and its application in the decision-making process. Precision and reliability of feasibility analysis relies on the accuracy of information used in the analysis. The appropriate level of detail has to be decided with respect to what stage the investment is on. On early stages the level of uncertainty is often high, but as the investment opportunity evolves information become more detailed and reliable. As uncertainty can highly affect the results of the analysis, the level of detail has to be taken into account when basing decisions on the results. To assess the feasibility of investments relevant criteria have to be chosen. Feasibility calculations need to be done with care and the complexity of the calculations depends on the...

...women tend to visit some salons in order to enjoy themselves. The concept of creating a lifestyle women club that will cater to the needs of a traditional Arab woman in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia stemmed from the idea of summer fun at the beachfront, perfect getaway and relaxation, fitness and wellness, makeovers and entertainment, and other social activities designed specifically without necessarily going against traditional customs and beliefs. Thus, the lifestyle women club has the objective of improving the quality of life and adding value to each member and guests of the proposed club. Market study reveals that the all-female center is a new unsaturated niche market in Saudi Arabia. Only a small number of establishments offer facilities for spa and leisure activities. Health clubs for women are rare. Thus creating a gap in the market and providing business opportunities for entrepreneurs. The first in the region, the all-female lifestyle women club will be strategically located in Alkhobar Halfmoon coastal area. The target markets consist of the middle class females in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia. The lifestyle women club will provide services, facilities and amenities for swimming, dinning, relaxation, entertainment and fitness and wellness. Nowadays, living in the community with things having high technology people always choose to do their jobs more easily. Today's modern industrial environment the surface of a vehicle is subjected to daily abuse. The sun beats down on your car all day every day, pollutants and dirt deeply embed themselves into your paint, and minute slivers of metal become lodged into your paint which eventually rust. If you have owned a white vehicle or have observed one then you may have noticed specks of rust. Those metal slivers are the cause. Car washing techniques vary amongst individual vehicle owners. ...Feasibility of Building a Health Retreat Center Memo To: Dr Wallace From: Hristo Hristov Date: April 27, 2012 Subject: Feasibility of Building a Health Retreat Center, 2012 This report is the result of an initiative triggered by the worrisome health-related statistics (2011) related to the declining physical and mental well-being of Bulgarian citizens. This is a private initiative that takes into account people’s natural inclination to improve their situation by resorting to effective and affordable means. The creation of a health retreat center seems to be a plausible option to solving the aforementioned problems. This is why I believe the executing of such a project in Varna, Bulgaria’s most prominent seaside resort, is a solution to people’s problems. The content of the report covers: (1) an analysis of nowadays overall health condition of Bulgarian citizens; (2) a suggestion as to how to successfully eliminate the existing problem and the specific “steps-by-step” ways to realize the project It is my hope that you will join me in this cause and be a part of this exclusive project that will surely bring about change in the lives of people. I will very much appreciate any help you could offer as a man of vision and experience. I can be reached at +359 997310153 or via email at h.hristov@yahoo.com. Thank you for your time, I am looking forward to hearing from you. FEASIBILITY OF BUILDING A HEALTH RETREAT CENTER ...

By developing new business by expanding, combines physician-hospital organization and brings in more financial growth. With value-oriented efforts, CMC can do continuous quality improvement and benchmarking to see where growth or loss is occurring. 3.
