We offer to our consumer base the opportunity to be ble to help us in developing new and exviting flavors that will help the live a healthier lifestyle, with our main concentration on heart health and learning how to maintain a healthy weight. Our name is significant because we are a family business that offers an array of non-alcoholic and health beverages. DNAB’s mission statement is: Providing healthy beverages for those individuals that are seeking helathy lifestyle, while raising heart health awareness and making a positive impact on their universal health.
DNAB’s SWOT Analysis DNAB has outlined a SWOT analysis to evaluate our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of our organization. This SWOT analysis highlights strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in comparison to key competitors in the marketplace. Strengths and weaknesses are considered internal factors, which are positive and negative occurrences, which must be monitored frequently.
Strengths
The strength this product exudes comes from its nutritional benefits. Elderly citizens may seek grape juice for health benefits, while millennials seek it out for its great flavor. Targeting a diverse market presents the opportunity for DNAB to increase its sales, and advertisemet in order to expand its consumer base. DNAB uses a variety of strategic approaches to draw business, and maintain strong relationships with its consumers.
