Golden Corrugated Box (M) SDN BHD will located in Beranang, which is in Selangor. Our company will call as Golden Corrugated Box (M) SDN BHD , it is because Golden means golden feature earn a lot of money whereas corrugated box is meant the type of the product.

The mission of our company is committed to ensure customers' satisfaction by complying with their reasonable requirements and it also to achieve excellence in performance through continuous improvement on Quality Management System (QMS). Besides, our company is committed to be innovation and creative in product development and design. Our company also committed to the development of rigorous, wide-ranging skills and training program to maintain a competent workforce. In addition, our company is committed to the adoption and application of the most advanced technology and latest industrial automation. Next, our company is committed to care for the environment, workers’ welfare and industrial safety. Our company is also committed to fully support and adhere to the current government’s economic and financial policies.

Our idea customers are more focus on factory. Our company will supply them a lot of carton boxes to packaging their product. For example some of the factory they buy for packaging their food to export to another country. We also hire high education level people to help us managing the company and we also have a lot of general work to continue our daily work.

In addition we have a lot of products the most special product which is paper pallet. Why is it so special? It is because in whole Malaysia paper pallet is less and no many company are doing the paper pallet. Paper pallet is more light weight than wood pallet and it more stronger and more recycle than wood pallet or plastic pallet. Paper pallet also more safety then other pallet it is because it made by paper and light heavy then other pallet. Moreover it also safe cost then others pallet. In addition between paper pallet and wood pallet why we more prefer out customer buy paper pallet it is because paper pallet is more recycle . Nowadays we are in a modern world and the earth become more hot paper pallet can be recycle and it made by recycle paper.

Our business will be partnership. Why should we choose partnership it is because I solve then problem of the production. For example when the product is shortage I will immediately redo the product and delivery to customer. Besides,my brother will do the office work such as finding customer, financial problem and so on.

DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
BPPLAS has grown in leaps and bounds from a cottage plastic manufacturer to become one of the leading producers of industrial plastic packaging bags and stretch film based in Malaysia today. BPPLAS will produce cast stretch film and plastic bags for industrial, commercial, logistic and warehousing usage.

FORM OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP

Our business will be corporation. Why should we choose corporation as our business ownership? It is because BPPLAS is committed to upholding the tradition of transparency, integrity and accountability to all our investors, shareholders and stakeholders. One of our initiatives is to improve the company's internal communication.

IDEAL CUSTOMER

Beside our company is more focus on factory and supply them a lot of Blown PE film and bags to packaging their product. For example some of the factory they buy for packaging their food to consume with an improved longer shelf life. OUR ADVANTAGES

Blown PE film and bags are customized and specially-produced to cater for specific applications. PE based Lamination coating film helps to improve packaging speed and keeps packaging contents, particularly food, fresh and safe to consume with an improved longer shelf life. Shrink film allows bundling of loose products for safe transport and protects against spillage and improve product visibility through printing and enhance better product presentation at retail outlet. Air cargo sheets prevent your expensive and urgent shipment from getting wet at open space air terminals. Builder film prevents moisture from penetrating through your floor concrete slabs. General films and bags are made to protect goods against contamination etc. PE film is an environmental friendly and fully recyclable packaging product. Its light weight allows us to reduce transportation costs and release less carbon foot print to the environment.

Our main material to process the product is polyethylene and color, and all this product we can take from the supplier. This is because supplier is one of our main contributors. We should build a good relationship with our supplier, and then we may get the better resources with lower price. Thus, we can reduce out cost of production and increase in profit level.

Thong Guan Industries Berhad is one of Asia Pacific’s largest plastic packaging companies with over 30 years of experiences and distinguished track records. Beside that, this company has a strong capital expend their market and increase their turnover. Customers are who willing to purchase and use our product to let us achieve high profit level. Customers also are our promoter, when they feel our product is useful and nice, they will tend to promote our product to their relative, neighbors, and friends and so on. Our company is determined to build a sustainable polyethylene (PE) film packaging business by balancing our economic goals with social and environmental responsibilities.

Technology
Our company will use the cast stretch film, blown film, rotogravure printing machine and flexographic printing machine. Stretch film is a thin layer of polyethylene (PE) film similar to plastic food wrap but has superior stretching, puncture resistance and load retention properties. Blown film is a film that could be meticulously turned into plastic bags according to specifications, tailored to suit the needs and requirements of various packaging applications. We are also equipped with a range of rotogravure printing machine which is able to print up to 8 colour precision pictures and a flexographic printing machine which can print up to 6 different colours.

MANAGEMENT
There is three level management in BP Plastics Sdn Bhd, which are top manager, middle manager and first-line manager.

The top manager of our company is managing director, finance director and general manager. Mr Lee Poh Chuan is the managing Director fully and actively involved in the company’s operation and business activities. He has more than 15 years of experience he has rest and knowledge in the carton manufacturing business. In this company, Madam Law Soo Yuen is our finance director. She is being responsible for all about finance of the company such as accounting and purchasing. Besides, Mr Yong Woon Fook is our general manager. Conceptual skills are necessary for the general manager, because he can bring bright future to our company.

Next, our company also have middle manager, the middle manager in our company which are Hr& Purchasing Director, Director, sales manager and production manager. Ms Natasha Law Su Chin is our Hr& Purchasing Director in this company. Ms Natasha Law Su Chin is being responsible about purchasing the goods of the company. In other, director is Mr Evan Lee Tze Chien, whereas sales manager in the company is Ms Sia Bee Yuen. She is the sales manager to lead a team of salesman to running business for the company. She is production manager is also important for the company. Besides, production manager is Chung Kok Foong. He must ensure all the product of the company must completely on time.

Lastly, BPPLAS also has first line manager which are general worker. In this company there are many employees for examples functions the machine, handwork of the product, packaging the product and delivery the product to the company. Every employee has their own work and each of them is important. They cannot work alone because their functions are related they could not do without each other.

RAW MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES

Our company will use polyethylene, polyvinyl and ethylene as plastic bag material. To make plastics, chemical engineers and chemists must prepare raw materials and monomers, in which they must start with various raw materials that make up the monomers. Ethylene and propylene come from crude oil and contains the hydrocarbons that make up the monomers which are obtained from the cracking process that is used in refining oil and natural gas.

PART 3: PRINCIPLES OF MARKETING

TARGET MARKET

First target of the company is industries, a lot of industries need the stretch film to packing their products and shipping out to other place. Beside that, the company can use the stretch film to unitize and secure loose palletized goods from spillage.

Second target is wholesalers; some wholesale need the paper pellet is because can put many goods on the surface pellet and easy to carry out with the forklift. Other than that, when in the handling pellet also can protect the bottom of the goods. The paper pallet can withstand the enormous weight. That is why many wholesalers will need the paper pellet.

PRODUCT FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Golden Corrugated Box (M) Sdn Bhd is a company with an initial small facility of a few machineries and equipments. The first feature of this paper pallet is light weight, it can easy to be carried and handled. it is light in weight and the weight is around 6-10kg. Our product is less than wooden pallet by 40%. Secondly, our paper pallet is strong. Our Multi-com paper pallet can be loaded up to 2 tons stacking weight. Our product allowed 1 ton for bending weight. Next, recyclable also is one of the features. We advocate on green environment and promote recycle. Our product is 100% made of recycle papers. It leads to environmental friendly and we do completely recycle. Besides, our product also provide safety to customers. Our paper pallet is clean and easy to be handled compare to others. Our product is easy to be handled because there is no nails nor any splinter. Lastly, our product let customer to save cost. Our price is lower than other due to non-fumigated., cost saving on fumigation and its manpower for paper work handling. Our product is light in weight and it causes the cost saving on shipping. We also eliminate the cost of pricing wood disposal especially in Japan.

Our product is more difference because we have multilayer cast stretch film, which suitable for use and required in a wide range of industrial applications. Why would product so difference between competitor and us. It is because stretch film is the most cost effective, fully-recyclable and versatile packaging solution to unitize and secure loose palletized goods from spillage. It helps to secure, protect and improve the handling of your valuable finished goods in warehouse storage and during transportation logistic activities. In a nutshell, stretch film helps to improve efficiency, productivity and reduce workplace hazard.

PRICING

As we all know “the higher the price, the better the quality of the merchandise” Although the price of paper pallet is high, but the quality of paper pallet is durable compare to other company. Many factory choose to buy our company product , it is because our company paper pallet price is reasonable and the product is good compare to other company. To attract more factory buy our product, our company should mix our price at a price that factory afford to buy.

PLACE (DISTRIBUTION) ISSUES

Our place is located in 5A, Jalan Wawasan 2, Kawasan Perindustrian Sri Gading, 83300 Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. It is easy to find our place in Sri Gading because our company locate in the industry area.

Our company will do allot of advertising. For advertising, we will more focus on newspaper, internet and banner .We will post a lot of information on the newspaper to ensure our customer know what product did we have. Beside that we also create a web page for the company to give our customer from far away cannot visit out company. Banner also is a advertising to show to our customer.

PROMOTIONS

We also will do some promotion for the payment and for the first hundred customer who would like to support us. For the payment we will give 5% for the early payment. For instance the payment you pay within 30 day we will give you a 5% discount as a early payment. Beside that we also will go other companies to provide some after sales service to our customer. For example we will provide the first delivery fee for the new company.
