Format: Matches will be best 3 of 5 games. Events will be played as giant round robin groups, each consisting of no more than eight players. The latest USATT ratings will be used for seeding. Note: There will be a walk–in Recreational event at 2:00 PM. Sign up by 1:30 PM. Entry fee is $15. Any player who is unrated or has a rating under 800 is eligible for the Recreational event.
         

Rules/Policies/Equipment
USATT membership or tournament pass is required (see below). Players must be able to show proof of USATT membership. All USATT regulations and rules apply including dress code. Equipment will be 10 Butterfly tables; orange Butterfly 3 star balls; wood gym floor. Only USATT approved equipment may be used. Tournament staff reserves the right to modify events, formats, group assignments, etc. as necessary. Players must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to event start time. Default time is start time. Entries are first come/first serve. Entries must be received by Monday, December 1, 2014. No refunds after entry deadline. Players may enter both morning and afternoon events, if otherwise qualified. Ratings as of November 21 will be used for event qualification. The use of glues containing VOC’s is not permitted. Visit www.milwaukeettc.org for online registration and directions to the venue. *Players must be current USATT members to enter. If not a member, a membership must be purchased, or a $10 one time tournament pass. USATT Membership Fees: Adult-1 year $49 or 3 years $130; Family-1 year $90; College students-1 year $25; Junior U-17 on July 1st -1 year $25; Junior U-15 on July 1st - 3 year $60.
